As a job seeker once you have sent your cv to us you have our guarantee that your personal information is used for the sole purpose of finding you a new job. Your information isn’t shared with any third party or organisation without your permission and we will confirm by email where it has been sent once you have given us your permission to do so following a comprehensive discussion.
Once you have agreed to us releasing your cv and contact details to a potential employer this is sent in an electronic format to the hiring organisation / person. This may take the form of an email with your cv attached or submission of your cv and contact details onto a client’s online submission portal.
The information you send to us is held on a secure system that is off line and located in a secure location.
We appreciate that as your career develops and changes so will your cv, so we will retain your cv for a period of 12 months only from your original submission date. We may ask you to send an updated document each time we speak to you.
